INTRO-EVALUATION

    Private one on one mandatory classe of 1:30 to be taken by all new members before entering the regular group classes. You will be asses by our head coach in order to find if any major problem is to address prior to start a fitness program. At the end of your evaluation your head coach will design a personal / specific warm-up including mobility and activation exercices you’ll do before every sessions. This specific warm up will prepare you for hi intensity, will reduce the risk of injury and strengthen your weaknesses. We’ll also talk about your goals and recommend you which of our 10 programs would help you better to achieve your fitness goals.

02 TIME UNDER SUPERVISION / GROUP CLASSES

PRO1 is different than the other Crossfit gyms, no matter what your level of fitness, if you are serious about reaching your fitness goals, you knock at the right door! The time under supervision is the equivalent of group classes in the common gyms but here ’s where we INNOVATE TO HELP YOU MORE AND BETTER :
MORE TIME FLEXIBILITY! :
At PRO1 we’re not limiting the occupation time to 1h. You can arrive when you can and leave when you’re done. Every day your trainer will say hi to you cause nobody gets in at the exact same time. If you need more time to warm up or your program is require to do more volume, our gym is open all day (see schedule) to allow a maximum flexibility without time restriction as the goal is always be to make you reach your goals.

STRUCTURE AND PRECISE TRAINING PROGRAM :
All our clients have a semi private program where the intensity, weight and complexity of the movements will be appropriate to promote a safe environment while producing optimal and constant results.
Every day, we program 10 different types of Functional training.
Section A 45min-1h / day
1 : Rehab / beginner / no impact / shoulders friendly.
2 : Functional Hypertrophy program.
3 : Functional training for athlètes.
4 : CF. Gym bias for intermediate athletes.
5 : CF. Strength bias for intermediate athletes.
6 : CF. Balance for intermediate athletes.
Section B 1:30-3h / day
7 : CF. Gym bias for RX Athletes
8 : CF. Strength bias for RX Athletes
9 : CF. Balance for RX Athletes
Section C 1:30-5h / day
10 : CF. Balance Hi Volume for RX Athletes
*RX : Is a term to mention advance athlete that could performed heavier weights and more difficult skills.
Everybody follow an efficient development plan; we train during the week and we have a fun testing on the Saturday or at the end of specific cycle during actual competitions. The intensity, weight and complexity of the movements will be appropriate to promote a safe environment while producing optimal and constant results. Every class is well coordinated and every level and type of training have a purpose. The 6 first programmations require a time investment of 45min-1h / day, as board 7-8-9 will take 2-3h / day and the board 10 2-5h /day.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED TRAINERS :
All our trainers have a level one CF Trainer, many other certifications (click here for Trainers bio) and went trough the PRO system internship (40 extra hours of training on teaching the movements and their variations, mobility and activation). Every trainer is also involve in the ongoing training system from PRO1. (Click here if you want to learn to). All the trainers are passionate about practicing the sport of fitness and are able to demonstrate 100% of all the mouvement programmed. 4 of our trainers have compete to the Crossfit Games and all trainers are also fierce competitor that breathe every day by what they teach and love deeply people and what they do. They are trained to answer your questions, supervised your mouvements and adjust your sessions if you have a special condition and give you the adequate recommandations to move forward toward your goals.

03 Open gym : (training without supervision)

If your schedule does not allow you to attend a regular scheduled supervised class, you are welcome to use the facility at your convenience during any of our Open Gym hours. As such, our gym is open to all members every day between 9:15am and 5:00pm. However, this option is available only to members who have experience in functional training or CrossFit since there is no supervision from a certified trainer during these periods.

05 Continued Seminars for trainers


Pro1 will offer to members and non-members some seminars for you to learn from our trainers. The price will be only 5 $ for all Pro1 members and 50 $ for non-members. These will take place on Sundays every once or twice per month.

07 Kids Parent Class

Coach Laurence Desjardins offers a 12-week program designed specifically for kids aged 3 to 5 and their parents. Team up with your kids and kick off your weekends with one hour of fitness games and fun. Open to Pro1 members and non-members as well so invite your friends to sign up with you!

WHEN :
Every Saturday morning beginning September 17th until December 10th (except Oct. 8th, Thanksgiving weekend
TIME: 8:30am to 9:30am
WHO: Parents and kids aged 3 to 5
RATE: 12 weeks = $150 + taxes for one parent and one child, $75 per additional child (Includes two drop-in passes for an adult for regular training hours)
Reserve your spots with Andrew at andrew@crossfitpro1.com. A minimum of 4 children is required to hold the class.
Policies, Privacy, Terms & Conditions

All amounts are in Canadian dollars and all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers. Exceptions may be made for medical conditions or if clients move outside of the Montreal region, on a case-by-case basis. Your membership expires on the date indicated on your receipt and you are responsible for knowing this date. If you are not sure of your expiry date, we will give you the information. Membership cancellations: If you cancel your membership for any reason other than a valid medical reason, (with a valid doctor’s note) this will carry an administration fee of one month penalty if you had a 3 months contract, 2 months penalty to cancel a 6 months contract and 3 months penalty for a 12 months contracts. This penalty needs to be paid the day of your cancellation. Please make sure you understand this BEFORE you choose one of these membership options. CrossFit Pro1 has partnered with Mindbody Online and Bluefin Solutions to provide you with a safe and efficient way to register for classes, pay your fees and purchase products online. We are committed to protecting your personal information and, as such, assure you that it will not be shared with or sold to a third party. We reserve the right to:

  1. Terminate your membership at any time if you don’t show any of our staff members the respect they deserve. If it gets to this point, we will refund you the prorated balance on your membership without refunding the actual month that is already paid. This is solely at the discretion of the owner, and an absolute last resort.
  2. Specialized Courses may have supplementary fees
